60 years of combined experience in the fields of customer service, hospitality,
tourism, transport services, entertainment, tertiary education and quality assurance
has led husband and wife team, Mike and Nicola, to create Kiwi Travel &Tours Ltd.
The founding principles of the company reflect this hands-on experience, the certain
knowledge that striving for excellence, growing a business from a recognised need
(and being prepared for those needs to change and evolve), and respecting local,
national and global communities, will lead to repeat business. This is the ultimate
goal of Kiwi Travel & Tours Ltd, hence -
"New business will come to us through recommendation; repeat business will
reflect what we do best" -Mike & Nicola
Quality assurance principles are applied to all aspects of the business. This means
that by having solid customer focused goals and objectives,combined with
continuous monitoring control systems, that we can ensure that customer satisfaction
remains high. This is achieved in many ways but includes:

All tours are personalized, with itineraries custom-built to meet the collective and individual desires, and budget
(from backpackers to luxury) of any group,including study abroad, sports, gardens, senior and adventure tours.
Kiwi Travel and Tours Ltd also includes Kiwi Escorted Tours and Kiwi Care Escorted Tours. These tours are
for 55 plus age groups and includes a registered nurse accompanying each Kiwi Care group. Escorted outbound
