At Kiwi Travel we realize the unique needs of the Asian visitor and so to ensure that our Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese, Indian and Thai customers are 100% satisfied, we have staff devoted to this market, committed to meeting the groups’ needs. Travel can be arranged throughout New Zealand.
Of course, we have Chinese guides who speak Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese, as well as Korean, Japanese and Thai speaking guides for inbound tour groups and these guides can travel with the groups throughout New Zealand and the Pacific Region as required.
As we custom-build each itinerary, we can cater for all budgetary requirements, however as is our policy, A QUALITY TOUR IS OUR PRIORITY. Wherever possible and if required, meals will be provided at culturally compatible restaurants. All transportation must meet all of the New Zealand Government and safety requirements to ensure the safe and comfortable transporting of our valued customers. Accommodation must meet our strict quality assurance requirements for cleanliness, safety,and service. Staff must be friendly, courteous and respectful.

The Te Arawa people have been guiding visitors through their geothermal backyard for more than 160 years.
