Pacific.  Whether you want to have an adventure, or simply relax and look around,

There's only one condition: Only operators who have passed our own stringent
quality assurance process will be booked. They have to be qualified; certified,
regulatory compliant, trustworthy, reliable and provide excellent customer service.

Inbound Services
Accommodation

Is arranged according to the budget of the tour group. Whether budget style backpacker or luxury hotel, only
accommodation providers that pass our own quality assurance standards will be used.  An assessment is made of:
accessibility, cleanliness, customer service, safety, proximity to services, amenities and room size/decor
appropriate to New Zealand's national star rating.
Transport

Our primary consideration is safety.  Although the standard of the coach can be altered according to available
budget, safety is never compromised. All coaches must comply fully to New Zealand land safety regulations and
quality regulations as specified by the New Zealand Bus and Coach Association.

Restaurants

You can dine independently or we can arrange group dining as part of the itinerary. We only select restaurants that
meet New Zealand national health standards (no matter what the budget). Let us know dietary requirements and
meal preferences as well as budget requirements.
